Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of Tech’s Kitchen platform applications. By accessing or using a platform application, you accept these Terms. Merely browsing the public website or submitting the contact form does not by itself constitute acceptance of these Terms.

Accounts and connected services

You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining appropriate access to it. When you connect an external service, you authorize the application to access the connected service only as described during connection and in our Privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or applications, interfere with their operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or use them to violate another person’s rights.

Third-party integrations

Third-party integrations are governed by their own terms and availability. We do not control those services and are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or actions by their providers.

Ownership and user data

Tech Kitchens Solutions owns the Tech’s Kitchen software, design, and related materials. You retain ownership of your user data. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your data to Tech Kitchens Solutions.

Service availability and service changes

The website and applications are provided as available. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Tech Kitchens Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the services. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.
